After you make a payment for a submission service you need to register. Please use an email address that you actually read because all notifications of new reply's to your submission orders are sent to registration email address.
After activating your account go to "My Submission Orders", click on new ticket choosing the type of submission you paid for.
In the ticket body please write :
- Paypal order ID and the paypal email you used for payment (sometimes your paypal email is different from your main registration email)
- What type of order you paid for
- All the required information (titles, description, website url, and so on - all details are written on the order page)
Usually we will respond to your ticket in under 12 hours (in work days) and all communication will be carried through your open ticket.
If you purchase more than one item (submission order) you can open multiple tickets for each of your order.
